I like to ask questions and solve problems. As a doctoral candidate at the University of Southern California I’m currently working on understanding human papillomavirus infection by bridging virology, microscopy, and cellular & molecular biology. I’m also excited by areas where science and art intersect.
To me, science is collaborative - when more brains work on a problem, the likelihood of solving that problem increases. I believe that multidisciplinary approaches employing concepts from science, technology, design, and business, hold the key to tackling some of our biggest problems.
I also value the integration of creativity, innovation, and communication within science and technology. As I transition out of the lab, I’m looking to leverage this approach to tackle humanity’s toughest challenges.
